Monthly Meetings

 The purpose and objective of the Treasure Coast Rock & Gem Society is to promote interest in and further ones education in the various crafts of mineralogy. To encourage the collecting and display of specimens related to the clubs interest and by having an active educational program. The Society is a member of the Southeast Federation of Mineralogical  Societies  and shall be conducted as a Florida corporation not for profit.

The Treasure Coast Rock & Gem Society was founded on February 12, 1974. The Society was formed to promote, preserve and support interests in the fields of lapidary, paleontology, mineralogy, geology and other earth sciences; to increase our knowledge and to exchange this knowledge and experience with others;  to promote related skills and interests with an active program of education and instruction. We provide a gathering place, forum and network to promote lapidary and related arts. Our members range from beginners to highly skilled craft persons, and bring a wide variety of experience, skill and creativity into our club. Our members expertise include: Stone cutters, Jewelry Designers, Silversmith, Fossil Collectors, Rock Hounding, and Field Trips.

Any club member may bring in examples to share with the group. 
The business part of the meeting is then convened.
We invite you to come enjoy and grow with our club.
